Please wait for your order confirmation and bring the purchaser name or order number. Flowers are prepared for the selected collection date and should be picked up within that window.

Running late

Call 12345 as soon as possible. We will hold the arrangement with care and help arrange another collection time during studio hours.

Transporting flowers

Keep the arrangement upright, shaded, and away from direct heat. A cool passenger footwell is safer than a warm trunk.
