These terms apply when you use the Petal House example website and its demonstration features. By using the website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Public customer account creation and sign-in are disabled in this example. Displayed account forms do not collect or submit credentials.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the studio, or the service from fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use.

Flowers are natural, perishable, and seasonal. Photographs show the intended style rather than an exact stem-by-stem result. Color, placement, and individual varieties can change with availability.

We may substitute stems or shades while preserving the arrangement’s overall style, size, and value. Contact the studio before ordering if a particular flower, color, allergy, or other requirement is essential.

Products, event seats, pickup windows, and inventory shown in this example are illustrative. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it or create an order.

This example website does not accept purchases. Ordering and fulfillment policies will be configured for the official website.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars for demonstration purposes. No total shown on this example website is submitted for payment.

The checkout preview does not request or collect card details. Secure payment processing will be configured separately for an official client website.

Current online orders are prepared for studio pickup. Pickup timing is confirmed separately and depends on flower availability and preparation time. Bring the order confirmation or information needed to identify the order.

Contact us promptly if you cannot collect an order as planned. Because flowers are perishable, quality cannot be guaranteed after a missed pickup window or once an order has been collected and exposed to unsuitable handling or conditions.

Contact the studio as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. We can often help before production begins, but completed or custom work cannot always be changed or refunded.

Report a quality concern within 24 hours of pickup with the order number and a clear photograph. Approved remedies may include a replacement or refund. See the returns and refunds page for the current process.

Event descriptions, capacity, pricing, and registration forms are shown for demonstration. The example form does not submit information or reserve seats. Registration policies will be configured separately for an official client website.

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, probe or bypass security controls, use another person’s account or payment method without permission, submit unlawful or harmful content, scrape the site at disruptive volume, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.

The site’s branding, copy, product presentation, photographs, and software are owned by or licensed to Petal House and may not be reused beyond ordinary personal shopping without permission.

The service may use third-party providers such as Google when its sign-in option is selected. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

We work to keep product information and the website accurate and available, but temporary errors, maintenance, or interruptions can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Petal House is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss caused by use of the website, third-party services, or failure to follow flower-care and pickup instructions. Any responsibility for a specific order remains subject to rights and remedies provided by applicable law.

We may update these terms when the service or business practices change. The current version will appear on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
